Aloft Corpus Christi

I typically opt for Aloft hotels due to their generally newer facilities. This particular establishment still maintains a decent appearance, but signs of wear and tear are starting to become noticeable. The exterior lacks proper upkeep with landscaping showing signs of neglect, and some outdoor lights have succumbed to rust. In terms of customer service, I must commend them with a well-deserved 5-star rating. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room itself was impeccably clean. If you prefer a chilly room, you'll find it quite comfortable here. However, our only issue was that we couldn't raise the room temperature to our desired level, and it remained a bit too cold for our liking. Furthermore, there was an issue with the shower door seal, which needs replacement. Despite ensuring the door was fully closed, water managed to seep out onto the tile floor. In summary, I can say that I'm overall satisfied with my stay and would consider returning. It's worth noting that the hotel's hallways lacked air conditioning, resulting in uncomfortably warm conditions. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway, resembling either cigarette smoke or a chemical scent; it was difficult to discern.

My wife and family stayed here for about 2 weeks because my dad was sick and eventually passed away, the staff is very friendly and the front desk lady's are the best my family and I would like to thank crystal, Elizabeth, Kacey and there was a fourth lady didn't get her name for comforting us in our time of loss you girls are great and treated us with so much care and love we will only stay at a loft every time we visit corpus again thank you girls for everything have a bless Christmas we miss y'all already.❤️😞

The room itself was great. It's definitely a studio loft kinda feel. Absolutely loved it and the pool area as well. They have a very nice layout for their bar and recreational area. The only issue would be trying to get our room cleaned. There seemed to be some miscommunication, but i dont think its something that was a huge issue or anything to fault them for exactly. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful even despite our issues. It is also near a lot of things like the mall, shopping centers, and restaurants. I would recommend this place.
